We do not authenticate luxury watches, appraise collectibles, or promise dive-ready pressure results without specialised testing. If your piece needs a certified service centre, we will say so and stop.

Mechanical regulation talk stays practical — we can discuss timing behaviour we observe, not magical accuracy guarantees for every movement type.

Parts are sourced for fit and safety. You approve costs before we open a caseback when the job is more than a standard battery with a known gasket path.

Bring the watch in person when possible; photos help only for strap colour matching, not for diagnosis of water damage or broken stems.
