Hours: Tuesday to Friday 10:00–17:30, Saturday 10:00–13:00. Closed Sunday and Monday except rare agreed pickups.

Peak times are lunch and late Friday. Booking by email reduces wait. Same-day battery work is common when stock matches your watch size.

Remove smart rings or bulky bracelets that interfere with strap tools. Keep warranty papers if you have them — we may advise against opening certain sealed pieces.

Soft cases can rest on the counter shelf; we tag each pair of watches clearly at intake.

Bring a short note of when the problem started — after a knock, after swimming, or gradually. Context helps us decide whether a simple battery path is safe or whether we should stop before opening the case.
